At St Thomas More RC College, we believe the communication and partnership between teachers and parents/ carers is of the upmost importance. To maintain strong relationships with our parents/ carers and to support our pupils during their time at school, we will be hosting all our parents’ evenings in school. We believe it is important that parents/ carers have the opportunity to have ‘face to face’ discussions with staff.
The SchoolCloud system is user friendly and it will allow you to make appointments with teachers and to manage all your bookings online. Furthermore, this means you can have meetings with your child’s teachers at a place and time convenient for you. SchoolCloud is a website platform and it can be accessed from all iPhone and Android phones, iPads and tablets, as well as laptops and desktop devices.
· To login, you will need to enter the Parent Login Code which has been sent out to you, your email address and your child’s date of birth.
· Each appointment will be 5 minutes long. If you arrive late for your appointments, you will only have the remainder of the time allocated as appointments cannot be extended.
· Appointments will be allocated in the order which they are received and it is advisable to book your appointments well in advance to get the time slot that is suitable for you.
