WELL DONE TO HOLLIE MEEHAN
Year 9 student Hollie Meehan has been offered one of eight places globally on a summer camp in China, offered to children of employees of companies owned by ChemChina. The camp will be focused in Beijing, where participants will visit Tiananmen Square, The Great Wall and many other sights, as well as sporting activities and spending a weekend with a Chinese family. This is an exciting opportunity to learn new skills, make friends from across the world and experience Chinese culture first-hand.
The camp will take place over three weeks in the summer, where Hollie will fly with her parents to Germany, and then fly to Beijing with the other chosen students. We wish Hollie every bit of luck on her travels and look forward to hearing about it on her return!
