Surviving Teenagers Programme 1

The teenage years can be the most challenging of times for parents/carers. You want to have a good relationship with your teenager and equip them with the skills and self-esteem to make the right choices.

Our Surviving Teenagers Programme aims to build on your existing strengths and to provide you with practical skills to improve your parenting with lasting effects. It can be used with any age of child and with adult relationships too.

This programme is aimed at anyone in a parental/caring role with teenagers and not just those who would like support with an existing difficult situation.

The next course will commence Tuesday 14th June 2017 for 6 weeks at St Thomas More RC College 4pm - 6pm
